Well, today I took a 3 hour drive to go get my cams welded by Eric Lehmann. Great guy, did a wonderful job on everything. Could really tell he knew what he was doing with this thing. Now I can finally drive my car like it was meant to be driven!

still on track..... my husband is getting his Tranny reinforced and were both going on the bottle before I get the piant job..... The only reason those are happening before is cuz we were saving for a quaife and decited to go renforced instead leaving extra cash (wooohooo) then there are a few house things that go on first ( mind you were upgrading 2 cars and remodling a house ) But as far as i can see it's gonna be done buy March/April unless this new paint guy does spectacular work and in that case he told me he would take $1200 off my lowest price... so it may get done sooner sense i don't have to save as long! anyway I'll post pictures of the before, during , and after. It's kinda hard to do this after the meet yesterday and watching other SHO owners walk around my car and mouth NICE.... lol

Hey guys.
Mandy - Near Miss - it's a Medium Graphite car after all. Lots of confusion there with these colors. Ryan from SHOCAGO found the Autotrader ad and it was clearly a graphite car. Not bad, just not Purple.
Barney is still in surgery. It was a Tornado, FWIW. I have pix and the Weather channel backed me up. 1 Tornado in Illinois that day and I found it, Oh Boy!
$4861.00 in damage FWIW. Less than 1 day after winning Best in SHOw popular vote at the SHO convention. Figures.
Another FWIW - Tomorrow is 1 year to the day that I was nearly killed in a nasty crash in my Ebony 97 SHO w/44,000 miles.

I just finished reading the 1 year old posts and looking at the pictures of your Garage Queen. That you survived that horrible accident is nothing short of a miracle, my friend and I totally understand what you meant about the irony of Ford. FWIW, I have never met you in person but I have great respect for you and I wish you all the best in the coming year.
