What would you do different?

Would you still mod it?

If yes, would you have modded it in a different order?

Would you leave it stock?

Would you have returned it went another direction?

NOTHING, thanks to this forum that has done all the leg work, I did it almost all at the same time to get the power I wanted. Now it's just fine tuning to get it into the 11's!

Although, admittedly I wasn't going to do the HPFP out of the gates, but there just happened to be a group buy as I was thinking I didn't need one. So I scooped one up, so glad I did, love the e30 power.

I have yet to even tune mine after having it for two years. I went from an NA 2.4L to this so the power jump was more than enough for me at the start of ownership.

That being said, I have my GH tune in hand, an EPP intake being installed in August, and I'm on the wait list for the GH intercooler. Things have gotten a little stale with the SHO so I know this will make it like a brand new car.

If I had to do it over again, I would have tuned it from the beginning but I wanted to run out the factory warranty first.

msd, drop in k and N, plugs, T stat and AJP E30 best bang for the buck! Not full dick but it was supper smooth and easy to do and return back to stock if needed. Now I'm full boltons and just need a revision from Brad!

I would have not procrastinated and bought the GH intercooler when it was available. Now that I’m pushing for an 11 second pass the stocker is hampering my ET’s. I’ve been on the waitlist since February, and there is still no end in sight. By the time I get one now it will probably be about 3° F outside.

No regrets so far. Love the car. I loved the LS460 Lexus it replaced too, but this is more fun. When the extended warranty expires, I look to go crazy. For now, I'll have to limit things to appearance mods.

There is truly only one thing I would change. I wish I would have bought a silver SHO. However, I would have been hard pressed to find one that has all the options, along with all the documentation mine has.

I would go back to one week ago and tell myself that the clown in the Ram truck was gonna turn back left to bust the U-turn and not drive into the side of him... Car is in the shop now... 7k in repairs for just the passenger front corner... should be back in my hands 9 days from now... To add insult to injury, the rental car is a Chrysler 300S so I can have mopar flashbacks.

I had a dark gem metallic PP with massage seats in Chicago, that I passed on. I test drove mine (TB) in Phoenix and I knew that was my car after the first mile.
Still think about that dark gem though.

The green is one of my favorite colors. I really like @OmaHahn SHO. Damn it is clean.

Haven't had mine that long, but I think I would have done wheels/tires and H&R springs first. It looks so good lowered and it feels a lot more fun with the springs.
