I finnaly figured out my amp problem, what i have is a sony MEX-5di head unit that did not have a built in amp and i wanted to use my stock amp that was in the back. Now problem one i needed RCA cables, just pick up a cheap RCA cord and cut them and splice them into a "ford Premeum" harness. Now here was the kicker, when doing all this i got to the point that the speakers still did not work  , So i tested the wires going to the amp with a light, only one wire had power, here is where have 3 sho's comes in handy. I tested on my other sho both when the car was on and off and i found that there are two wires that should get power when the radio is on. One is constant and the other is a wake up wire, SO i had to cut the wake up wire from the harness up front in the dash and connect it to another wire that only comes on when the car does.... Thanks to every one that helped, and thanks Dave for giving me a hand that night online... Hope this helps people with the problem i had :thumb:
