I have a shop do a front 60k on the SHO. When I got it back, there was a little belt squeal. It didn't match mutch, just random squeals that got worse until the the idler pulley stud snapped off.

They repaired it, and I just got it back. I have driven it to work a couple of times, and I think I might hear the beginnings of it again. I am watching it carefully, but have no idea what would cause something like that.

Any thoughts?

MTX = manual tensioners; they're set way too tight. Loosen them up a little and see if the squeal returns.

I will check them next time I get a chance. I wish I had the garage space to work on the SHO inside.
