Identify Ford Stripe Kit? E64Y-5420000-CP

I hope someone can help me out here...I found a NOS Ford Stripe kit part number E64Y-540000-CP

Can someone tell me what this part is and what it is for? I was told maybe for a early model Taurus?

the E64Y is a taurus/sable part, and the E6 stands for 86. other then that.. i'm of no help.

It's only for a quarter panel and fits 86-90 sedan models, not sure what car though. The part runs about $16 from Ford.
