My 95 mtx is not throwing any cel's, but definitely is not behaving well. When the engine is cold it sometimes struggles to start. and most prominently in the morning after I start it, and I am driving the throttle feels like it is sticking. For example when I accelerate, I can let off the gas pedal and it still continues to accelerate briefly. After the car warms up I know longer have this issue. I did clean my throttle plate and other accessible parts with intake cleaner about 2 months ago, and that did not help. Any thoughts ?

Could it be the throttle linkage is sticking ( the linkage and the springs ) need to be lubricated? That would be my guess since you are not getting any CEL's. You can always remove the IAC valve and clean it out but I'd try lubing up the linkage by the throttle body.
