ordering parts and feeling stupid here... working on a 3.2 MTX swap. a 3.2 block w/ 3.0 motor mounts and intake... do i get a 3.2 iac or a 3.0 iac? i'd like to keep the 3.0 harnesses, and am planning to. any ideas?:thankyou:

If the wiring connectors are the same, I think you can use the whole intake with the 3.0 IAB.

the iac valves are completely interchangeable between the 3.0 and 3.2 but you will find that the 3.2 iac is much much easier to remove/install than the 3.0 one, so I always recommend using the 3.2 part there.

if you are using the 2 belt accessory drive, but using the 3.2 heads, then you need to cut off a piece of the front head to allow the 3.0 alternator to mount. you will want to do that before you install the motor in the car.
