The search function is your friend :) But, the most common thing people want to do is to go faster. Here's a quick rundown of the options:

A built engine is also a possibility.

If you want to improve performance, also take a look at improving suspension, braking and cooling (esp. for non-PP equipped SHOs).

Say it loud........Upgrade sound.....Speakers, SUBS, Those could be fairly cheap starts....depending on how your sound desires go.. Definitely start with door speakers.

If you can load a tune, change out the MAP sensor on top of the intake manifold, and change out the TStat, that's probably the best route to go right away.

Hey Chino,

The best bang for your buck is a tuner package, no doubt! Here is what I have on mine:
Q80 w400 h images ePIM original P04 LPP350102 main
2015 SHO STAGE 1 PERFORMANCE PACKAGE
PLUS
Q80 w400 h images ePIM original P04 LPP630000 main

3 BAR MAP Sensor

That combo will add ~85whp/90wtq, and keep all of the smooth driving characteristics that you loved about the car when you bought it!

Couldn't agree more! I started with the above mentioned parts. By far, the biggest "bang for the buck". The only thing I noticed (aside from the OBVIOUS power gain) was a bit more intake/turbo noise. Both of which were welcomed additions.

The turbo down pipes definitely helps. I opted for the catted LMS pipes and the Stainless works cat back with resonator delete. Installed last Thursday. I was also told by Livernois that a cat back wouldn't do anything performance wise unless a turbo upgrade was performed. Sound only. I just posted it to youtube.

A turbo upgrade is not needed for a cat back to have value, but you do need to have CAI and downpipes and tune to go with. Adding a meth kit is a way to make additional power and keep the engine cleaner.

I think I have all the bolt ons available? LMS version 9 tune, 3 bar map, 160 deg thermostat CAI, downpipes, catback. Plugs are not needed untill 10,000 miles as my car has 4,900.Is Meth the only other thing I could do? I'm sure I would need a new tune also. Can LMS email me a new one or does it have to be put on a dyno?

You can upgrade turbos if you want, but that is like the final and biggest step before an engine buildout.

So, with regards to a meth kit, buy the kit (Alky Controls, I believe) from LME so that they can tune it properly for you. They won't need a dyno to do so, as they have already mapped their kit's performance parameters, and can email you the correct updated tune. Should minor adjustments to the tune still be needed, they can do that via email as well.

You may not need to do plugs, but I assume they are already correctly gapped since your vehicle is tuned?

You have a 2015, right? Factory gap is supposed to be 0.030–0.033 in. (0.75–0.85 mm), so THEORETICALLY, the plugs COULD already be at the correct gap. But history suggests that spark plug gaps from the factory are not necessarily consistent.

So, the only way to be certain is to pull & check with a feeler gauge. Re-gapping is ideally done with a gapping pliers, but as long as you do not touch the center electrode, you can carefully change the gap with one of those cheapo round/disc type gapping tools. Don't bend the ground strap back & forth, that could make it weak and unreliable.

*hint*
Send LMS a tune update request...V-10
