I took off my back seat and the remote keyless entry mod's insides fell out of its box, Then they touched and it made this click/ twitch sound and then it started to honk (no pauses, just a countinous honk and would not stop!) The lights also came on continously and didnt blink. I smelled a burn smell by the keyless entry mod. I couldnt get the wires unhooked from the keyless entry. I now started to flip out. I live in apt's and it was late and my car was honking SOOO loud at night time, waking everybody up, and my baby was burning. So I disconnected the batt. I unhooked the wires from the keyless entry and then tried to put them back in and connect the batt. and it did the same thing(honking). So disconnected keyless entry mod and hooked the batt. back up and I had no interior lights (dome, door, glove, floor) no lights (interior) at all except my cluster, clock, and after market cd player (dont have EATC right now). I checked the fuses and was not blown?? What the **** do I do???????????????????? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!! I will be standing by this post. Thank You.

You need to replace the RKE module. The RKE module controls the locks, interior lighting, etc. Try posting a WTB.

Yeah, he cooked the RKE module. As I said, in addition to the RKE functionality, it controls the door lock solenoids, the trunk release solenoid, all interior lights, keyhole lights, glove box light, autolock, battery saver, etc. It also has an output to the horn for panic and lock confirmation.
