I have a problem

my seats and rear windows are not working when i bought it i never had to roll the windows down or mover the seat because it was in the right spot i looked at all the fuses and their all fine.....what could be the problem

It could be a relay or a circuit breaker. Check your ownwers manual it tells most of the relays and circuit breakers and what they do. At least my 92 does. But seeing that your back windows are they only ones not working it could be the switches in the dorrs. Do they roll up and down at all? or can you just not roll them down from the front switch? Both seats aren't working? Could be the switches there too. Anything else not working? Horn etc? Like I said look in the manual. It should help you eliminate some things.

i could but the guy never gave me a owners manual when i bought it so ive been screwed for a couple of thing but the windowns dont work from any switch

You can get manuals at the junkyard. Not working on any switch could be a few things. Motors could be bad,relay,curcuit breaker, even the switches could still be bad. Best thing to do would be get out the test let and see if wour getting power to the motors when you push the switch and go from there.

In my 93 the rear windows didn't work either. But at night when i would hit the switch, the interior lights would dim, so i beleive the motors were seized. Might be your problem too. Does anything on the seats work? Either of the air pumps? I know i had to help the seats to go forward in that car too. but only if someone was sitting in them.

ok would a normal taurus hood work on my car cause a buddy jumped on my hood and dented the **** out of it. i told him he is buying me a new one. he said he has a 1992 taurus hood not off a SHO.... would it work

I also have a hood off a SHO, but its not white, its blue. you can have that for $35 if you come get it. its not rusty or dented. I live near taylors falls, about a half hour from forest lake. if ya know where that is.

Also, Non SHO hoods are DIFFERENT. You can use a Sable hood though.

even the sable hoods have different cross bracing in them... at least i've heard they will interfere with the sho motor.

you are more than likley going to have to find a different color and paint it. you're gong to have a heck of a time finding a perfect white sho hood locally.
