I have been searching and reading a ton of post on the hypertech (power module) chips.....seems to have mixed emotions among the forum....anyone with a GEN2 have an example of good or bad?

One thing I learned a while back is that the butt dyno is VERY deceiving.

Just because it feels faster, doesn't mean it is... It can actually be slower, but change the powerband to feel faster. Ask me how I know....
I have some time please share.
I have one that I found in my 89. I installed in on the 94 and did a few test runs and recorded a video for it. There was definitely a difference. More tq below 3000rpms, and going through 6-7krpm was cut down by almost a full second. It also removed my rev limiter and my secondaries open up a little bit sooner (3200ish rpms)
My 214whp SHO lost to a stock SHO.

I don't know if you remember, but the sucker felt much faster (>5k RPM) than it was.
My car was healthy, though. And your car could've probably been a LOT faster if we'd been as good with the TwEECer then as we are now.
