Those lines hold thousands of PSI under heavy braking. JB Weld doesn't belong anywhere near them. Either replace the whole line or cut the rusty part out and just replace that portion.

I hope you're not driving the car while the line is ruptured.
And please replace the line. Don't try to repair it.
On another note, You could figure out how to put different hubs all the way around the car that have a 5x114.3 bolt pattern and surely find a similar wheel that will fit a SHO correctly. Thats your ticket right there. I don't know how to do it, I'm sure somone here does and will probably chime in on what needs to be done.

I think there is a guy in BC that races his Gen 1 and he re-drilled his hubs to fit a Mazda wheel bolt pattern. That might work, too.
