How to hook up stock sub and amp with head unit

alright, ive got a clarion HU that im using to power the four speakers throughout the car...my question is, how do i hook up the stock sub and sub amp like i would an after market sub and amp? I wanna run preouts from my clarion to the sub amp and pretty much wire it up like i would if it were aftermarket. Is this possible? If so how? Thanks for the help.

and i dont have the little black box (capacitor right?). Hopefully that wont screw my whole idea over.
