How to edit thread title?

Searched and found several saying goto 1st post, use edit, then "go advanced" to change the title. I am not seeing the go "advanced", just "more options" and no option to change title. Any ideas?

You will not be able to edit the title. What do you want the title to say? I can change it.

I was going to change it to "my dyno runs, NE Indiana" but it can stay the same, I started the thread asking about dyno shops. I'm just putting my dyno results in it now.

You can easily change the thread title of a thread that you started yourself by changing the title of the first post in that thread. As that would be your own post, you can click on "edit" when you're logged in (see the edit button below your post).

As that would be your own post, you can click on "edit" when you're logged in (see the edit button below your post). This allows you to change the topic of the first post in the thread and therefore the thread title. Note that you must edit the first post, not any post in that thread.

At the bottom of every post you make, you will see a "Reply" button and an "Edit" button. When you edit the first post in your thread, you can also edit the "Subject", which will change the title of your thread.

1. Go to the very first post in your thread. Click "Edit".
2. Edit the "Subject" of that post.
3. Click "Submit" to save your new title...
