how to buy tail-light nightshades

where do you guys buy the nightshades that go on your taillights or do you just paint them. And if you do paint then how do you do so and what do you use (materiels and technique)

Niteshades can be bought at any parts store that sells VHT products. They might have to order it though.

VHT Part #VP999

The part number for VHT NiteShades is VP999 its availible through Keystone Automotive. Apply one or two coats, wet sand, then one more coat, and then clear coat it, they will come out really nice. Its good to play with it too see how dark you want it, some states require that the reflectors still shine, after about 2 coats you cant see them anymore.
