How much is safe to cut off eibachs?

He said cutting off a dead coil ruins the integrity of the spring. He said because its a progressive rate springs cutting a coil off will change the way the spring works. you never had any problems? How many miles and beating did you put on them?

Around 2K on the eibachs. My intrax were at 15K before cutting and 1500 miles and counting since. As far as abuse, consider those all track miles :bonk: :rofl:

haha, ok sweet I think im going to cut off some because my car sits wayyy to high and with the 55 series tires its even worse.:thumb:
