How much is safe to cut off eibachs?

well, I called eibach and of course they told me I cant do it, voids warrenty and all that crap. What the guy told me is I cant even cut off anything. He said the dead coils are there for a reason. He said cutting off a dead coil ruins the integrity of the spring. He said because its a progressive rate springs cutting a coil off will change the way the spring works. What thoughts do you guys have on that?

you never had any problems? How many miles and beating did you put on them?

The springs will be fine as long as you don't get too much heat into then while cutting.

Around 2K on the eibachs. My intrax were at 15K before cutting and 1500 miles and counting since. As far as abuse, consider those all track miles

haha, ok sweet I think im going to cut off some because my car sits wayyy to high and with the 55 series tires its even worse.
