I have a 2010 SHO with approximately 164K miles. When I purchased the car it had approximately 39K miles. I change the oil regularly and drive fairly conservative most of the time.

Here is my question: what is the life expectancy for this motor under these circumstances? What major complications, if any, could I expect in the future?

Turbos and water pump should be your concerns.

I agree. At that mileage you should consider a water pump replacement. If those fail internally you can have a real problem. Just something to think about if you consider prev maint. at higher mileage. I don't know if there is enough of a high mileage average for when to expect issues. The early production for this incarnation of the cars are just starting to get there now. Consider yourself a pioneer.

That was well put.

agreed. Timing chain and water pump need to happen soon if they haven't already, other than that the engines are pretty bullet proof in stockish form.

I have seen turbos go as soon as not much over 100k miles on examples that were not well cared for. I have seen well cared for examples at nearly 200k with original turbos.
The advice above about water pump and timing chain is spot on, imho.
