yes thats me, i shoot at lugnuts all freakin day. it worked out so well that we don't use impact wrenches at work anymore

Don't take it personal, I like to give people crap. I honestly don't like it myself, but if you do, it's your SHO and you have the right to do what you want with it. I do believe it will take a lot of custom work in addition to the kit to get everything to fit and flow right.

Ahh come on, You don't need to give the kid such a hard time. Plain and simple there's going to be about 95% of the forum who is going to tell you how ugly that is and its a disgrace to the SHO...yadda yadda yadda yadda. Whatever tho, Right? Its your SHO. Do as you please with it but in doing so do it right. One thing I can most certainly appreciate is even the most ugly of cars that were at the very least put together properly. If it's your forta, Go for it. I think what some people are scared of is that the SHO will have a "Bad name" if somone puts some ricey body kit on it and pictures of it are blasted all over the internet. However, it's already a Taurus so it can't get much worse. 35% of the n00bs have Dual fart can's on there SHO anyways so we're already screwed. Good luck.

Ok, that said.

I believe most kits from that outfit are fibreglass, and therefore (relatively) quite fragile. Given the nature of this particular kit and the fact that you get winter in your region I would have serious concerns about longevity of this mod.

Personally, I despise <feels bile rising again...> the look of this kit, but as has been mentioned by a couple of others already, it's not my car.

If you like it, then that's what is important...

Oh, and as for standing out; that is something that it would most definately do. Just don't be surprised if not all the comments you get are positive (as you should be seeing already).

Dont worry about us fellow sho owners, I think youd get a lot of "you suped up a taurus?" course you might already get that for driving a suped up Taurus, but with that kit youll never hear the end of ricing out a Taurus remarks.

can i come and punch you?
That's great. Though maybe we shouldn't be that harsh. But really, it's a Taurus not a Civic. Instead of spending money to make it look fast, spend money to actually make it faster. For $725 you could get exhaust, BBBs and some other mods, that is if you do the labor yourself. Or you could use that money on maintenance, these cars do tend to need a lot of maintenance. Well any older car does, not just these. That's just my .02 though.:thumb:

I agree, If it ain't broke on you yet, it will. Believe me, it's an SHO. Every time I start to think of performance goodies, something breaks and I have to fix it. And not all of us teenagers like huge body kits. horsepower is the name of the game for me.
