Upon closer look, I realized that my driver side headlamp assembly is NOT an OEM Ford headlamp housing. How can you tell? Easy! Look closely at the "taurus" lettering on the passenger side. Now look at the driver's side. It doesn't have that. Having been involved in a prior minor collision, whatever bodyshop that replaced the light plus bumper cover and LF fender didn't either realize it or didn't care and just slapped it all back together and painted it and sent it on it's way. Very minor but irritating because this is what's stemming from my drivers HID light not pointing out straight due to it being an aftermarket headlamp assembly.
UPDATE: I got the HID bulb in good and tight. The beam had to be adjusted up but since i did it in the daylight we'll see what It looks like at nighttime!
I'll post an update then, stay tuned!
