Here is what I could find to answer your question. the SHO is a tad quicker, and a heck of a lot bigger.

zeroto60times.com has a lot of good info and a lot of models to compare.

Thanks! Looks like it might be close to a drivers race with both of the cars. Weird thing is my friends think the Lexus is faster than the bmw even though they did not get a chance to put them against each other. Will update this thread if I end up running them at any point :)

Well I just met up with my friend with the bmw. Off the line it wasent even close I had him by 1.5-2 cars by 70. Tried 1st gear roll and right away id start pulling but not as bad and shut down by 80 with a car lead. 2nd gear roll and it was even with me starting to pull a bit at the top of 3rd so i shut it down. Overall i am happy but i did notice my car had a bit of hesitation every time i got on it, like something kept holding it back even tho traction control is off. Must do the pkugs asap and put 93 gas. In the car i had a tank that had 3/4 87-89 octane gas from dealer still and i put 5 gallons of 92 to mix up a bit. Maybe it needs better gas I guess. Fun time eitherway.
