How do I pull the bearing out of a pully

I just put the pulley over the open jaws of a vise and used an appropriately sized socket and hammer. Same for putting the new one in. They come out easily usually.

I do the same except I try to use a large socket underneath to support the pulley as not to risk bending it. Pressing it out with a vice and a pair of sockets is the way I prefer to do it because you have a "feel" for it... Whenever I have a hammer i usually break things :oogle:

It should not require much force to get those bearings out, and in your case there isn't much risk of bending or warping... but its good practice to not beat on stuff.
