Jay if you want. You can drop it off at SHOtimes house (or bring it to me). He is always in RI. He can drop it off to me and i'll take out your CD's. Then get it back to you. Its somewhat of a complex procedure by not hooking it up but simple if someone has done it before.

I use to work on factory radios at the shop i use to work at in North Providence ( Faella Radio). They specialized in repair of all audio equipment. Let me know.

Before installing my changer, I hooked it up directly to the battery to see if it worked (bought used). So just have someone hookup the changer wires to the car (positive to battery, negative to a metal part of the car, radiator header recommended). Then you press the eject button, and voila, CD's are out. The signal wire doesn't need to be connected, BTW.

On the subject of CD players...My factory CD player every once in a while will not eject my CD, just continues to "click" like it is trying to find the start point of the CD. Ideas?

Is this the one thats insdide the car ?? If so .... The gear assembley is shot. I would start looking for another one. Unlike the changer in the trunk. No parts are availible for it.

Jay, look for a small pinhole. You should be able to stick a paperclip in there and it will release the magazine. My JVC 12 disc changer has this method.
