How can I get this yellowed clearcoat off?

I'm trying to get this clearcoat that has been faded to yellow from the Arizona sun off of one of my Bondurant SHOs. I've tried a professional product called Clear Cut that I got from a carwash supply company but all it did was make it more shiny. I want to remove it.

Does it need to be "wet sanded"? And if so, what is the procedure? I have an orbital air sander and the usual electric buffer/sander.

Any detailers out there want to reveal any of their secrets?
