I have replaced everything so far with one exception.....the H - brace.

From what I am hearing its no too uncommon of a thing to have go bad. Maybe thats a good thing, but how can I fix it? The brace only comes from ford with a whole floor pan, and that is discontinued.

If anyone knows how to or has replaced this I would be glad to hear from you

Thanks

I think your terminology might be off. I'm no expert on suspension but I don't think there is an h-brace on these cars. There is a box where the control arms secure to the undercarriage. There are h-braces sold to reinforce this piece from too much twisting. Why don't you describe exactly what's broken or damaged?

I am not sure on the exact wordage (everyone calls it something different) but I am talking about the brace that the control arms connect to. Supposedly they become worn and cause a clunking noise. I thought that I had a bad strut, but after replacing them twice along with the strut mounts, sway bar end links, and the sway bar insulators. I figured that maybe it is the frame connection.

The torque box can't exactly "wear out" since it's part of the unibody of the car. An H-brace is used to stiffen this mounting point. Sounds like your strut rod bushings might be worn.
