Alright, a friend informed me that my spoiler brake light isn't working. I've confirmed it.
Do these have replaceable bulbs? The bulb replacement guides say that a 912 or 921 bulb will fit, but that could be for the regular taurus where the light is in the back window.
My car is a 1994 SHO. Is it changeable? Or is it something weird ford was trying with LED's or NEON like in the 2nd gen explorers?

Once you unbolt the spoiler, it's like the easiest thing in the world to change out as long as you're not over zealous with the stamped nuts that hold the 3rd brake light housing in place. It took me about 15 mins to swap out the one in my '94 since I already had the spoiler and lamp laying around my parts bin from my '93.
