High Idle/erratic idle probs

When I start my car the last few days, It idles at like 1600, then drops down to about 1100 or so.. I've had problems with it dying and idling erratic at stops also..It has a newer IAC and I just put in a TPS for a code 122. I also have codes 136 and 172 for o2 sensors.. Is it typical of o2s to make the idle weird like that? I also got a code for "unable to control idle during rpm test". The code was actually 2 codes, one for high and one for low rpm. The high idle is new, but ever since I can remember, when i am at a stop the idle will either be a bit rough, or it will surge up and down like it's gonna die. Sometimes it dies and sometimes it catches itself and revs back up..Could the timing in the car need adjustment? I'm sure someone has delt with this crap before... Other than that, she has full power and runs fine at WOT.

You might want to make sure you installed the TPS correctly, that can casue issues. Also might wnat to make sure you have a good IAC. Pull it and test it with a 9v battery and see if it works. I have gotten new parts that are bad.

yeah, the IAC does work, and the throttle position is throwing a code that says it doesn't match the intake air measurements.. Does this mean it's installed incorrectly? I could have sworn that I put it in just how it came out.. Also now that I have this high idle problem, the cars idle is less erratic and doesn't die but it idles at like 1000 in drive and like 1700 in park.WTF?
