I have a 2016 Stock PP I just got not to long ago. So my city is doing construction on the highway and it’s stop and go slow traffic.. I have noticed that just at idle and letting my foot off the brake the car rolls super slow. Like 2-3 mph. Is this normal for the sho? Every other vehicle I have owned and or driven will get to like 5-6 mph by just letting off the brake. And I really noticed it when I didn’t have to hit the brake once while everyone around me is riding the brakes to maintain the slower speed.

Let me speculate after a hard no on idle roll. Many times as these cars get older and carbon sludge builds up can cause a rough idle. Anyone with a $12 license to Forscan can change the idle and cause idle walk.

Get Forscan and look over the settings. You will ask me the OEM idle speed and can't recall ATM. This is my hunch, possible done by prior owner or shop, but doubt that since it can be dangerous.

Lastly Anthony D has transmission stiffening mounts and recommends turning up the idle by small amounts, however can be a possible reason, however you would feel the mounts in the steering wheel. It gets a bit of vibration once installed.

Means the torque converter holds well. Slight incline and you wont need to have your foot on the brake. My car did it since new and still with an upgraded torque converter. Its a heavy car
