Anyone got a part # for the entire Driver's side assembly for a 2018 Taurus? Some ******** scraped my front bumper a little more than a week ago, cracked the headlight, and then it rained. The HID started to STAY on, so I had to remove the fuse, and then it went totally out.

I'm wondering if, for example, this Tasca part: DG1Z-13008-P is the entire LH assembly, including the ballast, or not? Since it got wet and went wonky, I'm assuming the ballast (and maybe the bulb) are shot.

Yes, I made an insurance claim, but I wanted to potentially just throw this in myself so I can drive at night.

That part number is only for the housing assembly and doesn't include ballast, bulbs or hardware.

Does that include the wiring harness that is inside the housing?

Turns out, the water caused electrolysis, and the +12V feed totally annihilated itself taking the ballast connector with it.

The wire harness that connects between the ballast and the bulb is not included. Its part # DG1Z-13A006-A

Not the bulb wire, the part of the harness that's inside the housing that supplies power and switch to the HID ballast.

Or is that a part of the main wiring harness and not a separate piece? It looks like the main harness plugs into the back of the housing, and the internal part is a separate harness, but it's hard to see in there.

For example, this stock kit includes the power pigtail for the ballast. I'd like to replace the harness before that instead of repairing it. The electrolysis started to take out the brown (+12?) wire just before the connector too...

Unfortunately that's part of the main wiring harness in the car.
