Just bought new HID driving lights to replace the junk ones on my 93 SHO; they fit much better in the fairing and now I wont overdrive my lights what with 4 times the power of headlights at 1/3 the watt draw! Got em from JC Whitney, not cheap, the the quality is very impressive, none can compare, CATZ, PIAA, look cheap compared to these and they draw 3 times the watts for way less lighting.
Highly recommend. Fog lights just dont hack it.

Yes, if you just convert to HID bulbs in your stock light housings.
No, if you do Hermans twin pod lights or do HID driving lights/Fog Lights.

I have real hids in my car and i also have high beams, trust me u really dont need them the hids alone are twice as bright as my factory brights were. in order to put high beams in u have to put another bulb in the turn signal spot(remember you have two turn signals on each side or more if you do the fish tank conversion) the hardest part is making the bulb snap in place easly done with a dremel

Someone must be smokin something if those lights make my PIAA 930 HID's look cheap. I had them for over a year now and I am very impressed with them.

I have a friend that recently took his JC Whitney HID's off his car, I believe it had something to do with the glare that they had from on-coming traffic.

My PIAA HID system has a ballast. Not just changing a pseudo "HID" bulb. The output that I have seen and was told from the dealer with those pretend HID bulbs are not anywhere near that of true HID. Don't let anyone kid you.

Thanks for the link to HIDS4LESS, I have inquired about the Stage 2 system. Do you know if it is available?
