Hi
Just to let you know, the rectangular HID driving lights from JC Whitney fit the SHO openings perfectly. They are super well made and work super.
In a few months, the same company that makes these are coming out with HID headlights that offer lo/hi beam by using a dual voltage ballast.

Dave, do you think you might ever make it down to any of the SHOACOP meetings? I would really love to see these lights in person.

Later,
Chris

Where is the meet, I live in Seattle, go to Sacremento every 6 months or so.
They are by far the best looking I have seen, and made better than any too. JC Whitney has a satisfaction guarantee, so just buy them, and return them if you dont like them. You will love them.
Also, they are 4X as bright as halogen and have a shaper cutoff so as not to blind other drivers. Very white light, not fakey. Finally,a true driving light that is perfect for the SHO, Believe it.

Dave, not positive when the next meeting will be. You are on the email list, correct? I think it was discussed, that it may be sometime soon. I don't know about "just buying them". As they are a little out of my budget right now. But I hope to do so in the not-to-distant future.
