Hesitation

Im not sure what could cause this but some insight would be nice, on my way to the convention today my car started acting funny as in hesitation, when i get to about 30mph the car jerks and i watch the tach jump back and forth with the hesitation, when i get to about 40mph it disappears, it has never done it before, so can anyone enlighten me on what could cause this? :thankyou:

lots of things can cause that issue. Id start by checking to see if the MAF is dirty. Also a failing Cam Sensor will cause the same sorts of issues.
