Hesitation between 2000rpm-3000rpm

I have a 2015 interceptor sedan, When I'm driving and I give a bit of gas at around 90-100kmph I get a hesitation where the rpm needle jumps about 250rpm at a time unless I give it more gas and the car gears down and pulls normally. I only have catch can on that was put on after this problem. I also replaced the plugs thinking that was an issue. Could it be a boost leak? Vacuum leak? Anyone else having this issue?

Police cars also have a pursuit mode where it won't upshift if you are accelerating through a corner or something weird like that. It' a small paragraph in the w.s.m.

Any hesitation like that, I would clean the MAP sensors (both of them) before you go any further.

Blew a hose off .. easy fix, was just a massive boost leak!

I had this very problem. blew a hose of right up by the top BOV. popped it back on and good to go, for a month and now back with the same problem. I have check and double checked all the tubing and connection and no leak found. Not sure where to go from here. Cant understand why the symptoms would be the exact same now despite the hose being back on and secured.
best way to describe symptoms is not able to keep any boost, it blows of continuously with stock tune and thus making very low power.
