what mainly causes it to do that it sounds really choppy and the more i get on it the worse it sounds there were no warning signs it just did it when i was driving down the road all of a sudden and i have no check engine light

Pull the codes, just because there is not a CEL that does not mean they are not there.

running really lean would do this i believe.

i got a 144 it says oxygen sensor not switching single right or rear HO2S so should i just replace it
i also got 114 IAT out of range how do i fix that
121 tp sensor out of range what dose that mean all this out of range
551 problem in the intake manifold runner control solenoid/circuit
and this is all with the key on engine off
