Only advice for an example that nice is be on the lookout for the ebrake pedal. It has a rubbery compound pad that presses against a switch to turn off the brake dash light. That material breaks down into a tarry goo. One of the stains I look for on the carpet below that pedal assembly. Good luck with this car!
