ok i did the spark plug tube seals. when i was done it was fine, but there was some oil finger prints on the intake, so i sprayed some simple green on it and then dumped 2 buckets of water on the motor. but the spark plug wires were not sealed all the way so water filled the plug tubes. so i vacuumed the water out and the car wont start it cranks and after a while it will start but runs horrible like the timings way off and it wont idle so i held it at like 2500 rpm and as soon as it gets hot it dies out. any ideas

When you said

does that mean you started it, and it ran "fine", or everything to the best of your knowledge looked "fine" (sorry, lots of time on the courtroom floor!) wink

Would you use two buckets of water to clean your computer? That's basically what you did.

Spray everything down with WD 40.

ok after the tube seals were done i drove it for a day and it ran perfect (at least so it seemed) then i washed it, i think there is water in the rear 3 spark plug tubes also.....any ideas on what could be wrong????

Get the water out of the rear spark plug wells. Put a new layer of dielectric grease inside the spark plug boots after getting at a minimum the tops of the spark plugs completely dry. Once you get the car started, run it until it gets good and hot. If it will drive ok, then take it for a good long drive. If it misbehaves under load then just run it at about 2000-2500 rpms in neutral in your driveway for a good 20 minutes or so to dry things out, then take it for a drive.
