ok i did some research here with the secondaries and i checked mine out. the T fitting is connected at all ends and i was looking at the 2 vacuum diaphrams that actuate the secondarys. now this is where i need help. when the engine is off i can move the little tabs up and down in essence opening and closing the secondaries. now when the engine is running, idleing the tabs are stuck in the up position (open?) then i shut it down and they are back to the position where i can move them by hand. now i havent did the 3900 rpm test to see if they open that way cuz im not driving it at the moment, so is this normal?? is this how they are suppost to behave?? again i can move the diaphram thingys (lol) when engine is off but when its running they (diaphram tabs that i can move by hand) are stuck in the up position (open? or closed?) is this normal???? thanks in advance.
