I pulled some codes on my 91 3.0 Vulcan today and need a little help. Got 32, 63, and 27 as stored codes during the KOEO test. I have read what these codes mean on SHOTIMES and searched old threads, but I found they are a little hard to understand. Can anyone translate these codes and note which ones are important to fix? The car seems to run fine, the light just comes on at random times and goes back off. Also, is pulling the jumper wire during the KOEO test the best way to clear my stored codes? Thanks!

yes pulling the jumper during KOEO will clear the codes

From DaliDesign:

32 EVP - (R) EGR not responding properly during test - EVP
EVR - (O, R, M) EVP signal is/was low - EVR
PFE - (R, M) PFE shows low pressure, EGR not seating or memory, not seating intermittently - PFE

63 Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) signal too low TPS

27 Vehicle Speed Sensor problem - VSS

Not certain of the vulcans EEC calls for a goose test but it probably does. Did you "goose" the throttle at the appropriate time? That could have thrown the TPS code.

I would guess the CE light your seeing is from the EGR as thats what 32 refers too. So try cleaning the EGR and see if that gets rid of that code and the CE light.
