I did this twice to make sure. I got the Following:

KOEO:

111 System checks OK??????

112 (O,M) Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor is/was low or grounded - IAT

117 (O,M) ECT sensor is/was low or grounded - ECT

113 (O,M) IAT sensor is/was high or open - IAT

217 (M) Primary circuit failure - ignition coil 3 - Ignition Systems

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I need new plug wires and a few sensors right?

As for the other tests:
I did not get the codes to work for KOER or the cylinder test. I followed SHOPP guide 3 times but got nothing after the KOEO test. Does that mean they are ok?

What problem are you trying to address?

Did you reset the PCM prior to running the KOEO test to ensure that you've erased prior spurious codes? If not, do so and retest.

No, not necessarily. The IAT and ECT codes may be due to wiring harness problems, having them disconnected at power-on, or due to PCM faults. The PCM has no capability to test for secondary ignition system faults, therefore a diagnosis of wires cannot be made based on any PCM fault codes. FWIW, that fault code (217) is most often associated with a faulty DIS module, wiring harness faults, or the ignition coil.

No. It means you have no test results of any kind on which to base any analysis. Try re-running the KOER test by itself. It cannot be run after the KOEO test without turning the ignition off first.
