Where is the Camshaft position sensor located and how do I replace it? My Black SHO is stuttering like crazy and before I go spending a billion dollars on a 60k, Id like to replace the Cam sensor since Ive heard that its not as hard as some other things.

cam sensor is located below the intake on the back passenger side. looks kind of circular w/wires coming out. check out a haynes or chiltons to get a better visual.

The cylinder identifcation (cam) sensor is located just to the left of center in the photo below. There are two 5.5mm (7/32") bolts that hold it on the rear bank exhaust camshaft.
