Hey everyone. So I have a 95 ATX, and I can't get it to start. I've replaced the fuel pump and the fuel tank. I believe my problem to be the ccrm, but I've jumped the fuel pump relay, and there's still no pressure at the rail and I can't hear the pump kicking on.
Is there something I'm not doing right? Thanks in advanced for help!

Pull the codes? What were they?

Did the car just not start one day? Did it die while driving? We need more info in order to help you.

Codes, and a fuller symptoms history needed, as Irish Pride has said.

Also I figured I give more info on the car. So I got the car from my aunt who had it in a rent house, the guy left it. After sitting for like 8/9 years, I got it back to my house started to look at it and stuff, half the electronics didn't work, the guy the really really abused the poor car. My aunt had said that she thought the head gasket was blown, so we(my father and i) started to take off the front head. Boy were we in over our heads lol. I'm still in high school and we have a shop there, so I brought in there since the school mechanic also worked for Ford for 19 years.
The school mechanic and I got the engine out and stuff, took apart the trans, completely disassembled the motor. The heads on the poor thing were warped like crazy, new heads were expensive, I think everything for this car is expensive, but then my dad found a 3.2 just sitting at the junk yard. Picked it up for 150., what are the chances of that. That motor was guaranteed to run, so we pulled a couple things and checked them, everything looked good, so we slapped it down on the subframe and put it in the car. Everything was going great, other than waiting on shipping. I got a used ccrm and all of my electronics worked again. I got a new fuel pump, tank and filter, put those on. And now I'm here.

Stupid question, but have you checked the really obvious like the emergency shut-off in the trunk and the fuses? Use an ohm meter, not just a visual check. If the car sat for that long and wasn't cared for, mice and rats love to chew on wiring. Take a look at the harness from front to rear, especially pay attention to the plugs. I would unplug, clean, fill with dielectric grease and plug back together. Make sure you have good grounds. Check the ground strap coming off the bracket stud on the back, right side of the motor to the firewall. That's all I can think of at the moment, but should be plenty to keep you occupied for a while.

Well, you have your work cut out for you. Pull the codes and post them up so we can see. Without there being any history or symptoms there really isnt much to go on. It could be any number of things. You need to check all your wiring. Check the grounds. Make sure the PCM is working and connected properly. Its a pretty long list.

I have both the electrical and mechanical service manuals for 1993 once you get closer to needed them. It would be cool for to help you bring it back from it's coma.

UPDATE:
I just went to go pull the codes and it's not an OBDII, I'm assuming it's an OBDI, but I don't have a scanner that fits that

WOO! **** YEAH GOT A SPUTTER! We did the hole cut method in the floor and disconnected and reconnected the fuel pump wires and turned the key and then the fuel pump kicked on and I got pressure at the rail. Then we cranked it over and got a sputter! We sprayed some starter fluid in the intake and it fired up but sputtered out. Looks like a different problem now! It's not the coil since it runs great once I spray starter fluid in it. So what do you guys think?

I think you are still not getting fuel.

not only do you need fuel pressure at the rails (do you have that now?) but you also need the fuel injectors to be told to fire electrically and to actually mechanically open and close. who knows how long that engine sat, so there is a good chance the fuel injectors are stuck and will not actually spray fuel into the cylinders.

after cranking for a while, pull a plug or two and see if it is wet. if not wet, no fuel.

Alright I pulled my front plugs and they were dry. I'm assuming that the problem is the injectors?

EDIT :
I still have the code 542, I don't know if that has to do with anything.
