The DIS might have hit the bracket where the roll damper attaches to the passenger side strut tower and either damaged the connector or the DIS itself.

Yep, thats what happened, ******* me didn't even check... Now i have to get recall kits and some bushings.

Take the car to Ford and they should install the recall kit for free, although if the bushing is gone they may charge you for a new one.

I will, but if I can get a recall kit and new bushings I'd rather do it myself and have it done within a day or two so I can have my car back :)

Most dealers keep at least two recall kits on the shelf at all times. Bring your registration with you to the dealer so they can plug in your VIN and see that the recall hasn't been done and try to get them to just give you the recall kit free to do yourself. They may or may not be willing to cooperate.
