Help! Stalling

I have a 1992 with a 3.2 swap, the car has a rough idel and will sometimes stall when slowing down and about to stop. After stalling it does not like to start it will crank but not catch and the cel is not on. But if you pump the gas it will start. Thanks for any help

Did it do this right after the 3.2 swap? Mabye a vac leak?

Do you get a dead tach at all? I had similar problems with my 3.0 and it turned out to be a bad CID.
