So I still have the rough idle problem. Feels like a slightly cammed v-8. Everything else seems to have been resolved. I replaced my computer with a known good one and it smoothed the engine out for the most part.... except for the idle.
Items replaced so far: IAB, MAF, O2 sensors, CKP, CPS, DIS, and computer. All are used except for the crank position sensor. Its brand new.
I'm lost.... will a 3.0 cam swap into a 3.2 do this?
To top it off, no codes.... koeo or koer.... nada
I also failed emissions today. Was pretty sure I would, but there was no line so I went anyway.
Failed the CO part. Cruise emissions was 1.5, idle emissions was 1.35. How do I get these two things down?
