Help! No fan on climate control????

Very cold here -19 C and the heater stopped working. I did the EATC test and no problems. The eatc comes on like normal just no fan, if I drive fast enough I get some heat out of the vents but other then that no fan? The heater fan fuse is ok. Could the motor just be frozen? It worked great last night which was -26 c.

Any ideas would be great.

Just started working again after I left it in the garage for a few hours something must have froze up.
