My clutch / engine / car has 150K miles on it, and needs a new clutch. I need help to find a good person to change it for me, for a good price in Glendale / Burbank, CA. area Any tips? I'm on a budget.

Also, a friend told me that I should change the crank bearings while I do the clutch. Car runs great, no problems and lots of power. All original.

your friend has half of it right... a good thing to change ( even when not doing a clutch job) are the rod bearings.....

im sure that there are a few guys over there that could lend a helping hand... and with all the info on this board.... im sure that you could do it... that is if you are mechanically inclined... (not saying your not)

I know that there is some one down here that can help you. His name is Goofsho. I think there is another guy up in your area but I dont have is number, I know some one who does.

I would be willing to help but my weekends are kind of full for a while. If you want give me a call at 951-532-8845 and I will give you the numbers to those that can help.

Also we have a SoCal SHO group. We have a couple meetings coming up soon. Check us out at www.shocal.com
