HELP motor bounce

today im driving along and i notice that every time i press the gas the stick from the transmission moves back and then when i push in the clutch i feel the engine slam back down
im figuring a broken motor mount
any ideas
and how much it would cost to fix a motor mount
also my car sounds really different 9 like a ricer when i have a stock exhaust) and is idling wierd all of a sudden too

well i did some research and it seems to be the front motor mount
does any body know wut kind of aftermarket mount i could get
ford is way to expensive

if your stock and dont plan on upgrading just go with a stock mount although they are known to fail but they will be a lot cheaper used. also you probably messed the exhaust up because the engine was twisting and you losened something or cracked a manifold. jsut start the car and feel for leaks around the pipes but you might be able to hear it as well if its bad.:thumb:

The SHO NUT EXTREME MMT's are the way to go if you don't want to EVER change them again. I've had the same ones for 5 years in my daily driver, compared to my buddy who has changed his twice! Gotta pay to play.
