help me with ecu

My car that I bought, and 89 SHOMTX, was owned initially by a ford master technician, then by a punk kid. the punk kid drove it like crap, and trashed all the work that went into it by the technincian. The rebuilt /racing geared/limit slip/ short trhow tranny was killed repalced by a USED stock one, the centerforce clutch was killed and replaced with a stock ford clutch, the 75 MM MAF was killed and replaced with a remanufactured one, and I not sure about this, so this is were I need ur help. The technician sent his ECU to SHOSHOP and had it reprogrammed to meet his new 75mm MAF and 75 MM TB, and I have a receipt from the people that had it before me (the ruiners) and it says "remove and install (replacement) MAF sensor, Includes Relearn fuel Trim" does that mean that the ECU is returned to stock too? if so god help me I will go ****** the people that ruined my 12.9 second car. oh yeayh, the tech. put on 3000 custom rims and the the kid cracked one of them and now it has stock honey combs again. I need to ask him for the rims so I can get them repaired and put back on. HELP IF YOU CAN PLEASE!!! explain this stuff to me!

I can't tell ya much except. I hope you don't actually think your going to get a 12.9 1/4. Its going to take alot more mods than that do get that kind of time. I hate to be the first to spoil it on ya.

ya disregard that. the ford tech says he was runnin 12.9's, so I cant back that up. all hear say.
