Help me out would ya

Took the intake off for paint, got new gaskets put it all back together. Pulled codes 122 (O,M) TP low (possibly grounded or open circuit) - TPS ??? Started it up and got a knocking sound and when I gave it gas to about 2500 it started to whistle real loud and at idle it hardly wants to stay running it bouces from 500 to 700 rpms what is the deal i checked every thing and its all connected?

Ok well there is no more knocking I had the two hoses that go from the throttle body in the wrong place. But it is still idleing rough, the rpms jump up themselves to like 3000 I'll be back

My guess is a vacuum or intake leak. I can get a more detailed post to you when schools out...g2g

Ok I definantly need to take the manifold back off and reseal it. There are alot of little leaks on the top. I used alot of gasket seal but I guess that wasnt enough, and I was also in a hurry to get the gaskets on this morning. So I get to redo it!!!!!!! ................................ oh well

Where did you use gasket seal?

Loosen all the clamps on the runners so the intake has a chance to fit flat. Once it is seated and bolted, then tighten the clamps. Make sure your intake-to-head gaskets werent shot. And torque everything.
