okay so I have had an 80mm maf sitting in my garage for a few months now...well I just bought an LPM off of a fellow member that is programmed for pretty much every mod that I have except it is programmed for BBB's.....

my question should I spend the $75 and get it reprogrammed for my 80mm maf and no BBB's or should I spend alittle more and get BBB's ($125) with no 80mm program and leave the LPM the way it is? for a list of my mods look at my sig if you need to! thanks in advance

I would pair BBB's with a ported intake to take full advantage of the BBB's not to mention you will have the intake apart.

Get it programmed for the 80mm now and send it in later for BBBs and ported intake.

yeah that is what I was leaning towards......what would it do if I installed the LPM right now when it is tuned for BBB's and I don't have them?

Nothing much.

nothing much as in it will not hurt anything? it is tuned for catless y-pipe, udp's, cai, bbb's and then the rpm at 1100, redline 8500, secondaries stock, fan 190 degrees.....I have all of the same mods except the bbb's! can i install it until I am ready to get it retuned for an 80mm maf?

YOu might change the rpm that the BBB's open that is it. But you say its stock rpm on opening its still the way it should be. You would be much better to install it now then to a dyno run then get it flashed to fit your car.

I swear you get another mod every week. Must be nice. Just slap that thing in there, and be done with it.

I did today! My car seems to love it! I am starting to hand port my extra set of runners and gasket match them now! Might take me a while to get done...but someday! :swing:
