Help me analyze 20 x 10 rim data

So I found some cool rims at the Fitment Industry website. The nice thing about this site is they will check fitment for you, and these are said to work on my 2018 SHO. They are....

2019 Shelby GT-350 Replicas

Offset +40
Backspacing 7.07
Centerbore 70.6

Though they are sweet rims, they are not my absolute favorite. Those are....

Though these rims seem very, very close in their specs, I am wondering if the increased offset and and backspacing on the FR500's will make them not work. Any thoughts? If I did get the FR500's I am thinking staggered with 20 x 8.5 in the front. The specs for the front are...

I’ve ran a few different sizes. 20x9 +32 offset, fitment was good. 20x9.5 +35 offset fitment also good. 20x10.5 with +45 offset....barely cleared the front strut with a 1” spacer. I have a friend with 20x10 +40 offset and I believe he needs a 5mm spacer upfront only.
